If your original mobile phone number is lost, please contact customer service to apply to unbind the original mobile phone number, then prepare the following information and submit to customer service:
Provide three verification photos:
1.ID / passport front view (need to clearly show your personal information)
2.Negative ID / Passport
3.Hold the ID card / passport information page and signature paper, write on the paper: change xxx mobile phone number to xxx mobile phone number, LBank, current (year, month, day), signature, please make sure that the content of the photo and personal signature are clearly visible
If your mobile number is your LBank account number, please provide a common email address first.
After submitting the application, the customer service will unbind the mobile phone number within 1 working day, please be patient.
